How the auction works

Who pays what?

Bids are sorted from the highest price down. The clearing price is the highest price level at which bids from that level up add up to 5,000,000 CHTA. Everyone who bid at or above it pays that same price; bids exactly at the clearing level share the remainder pro rata; lower bids get nothing and are fully refunded. If fewer than 5,000,000 CHTA are bid in total, everyone pays the minimum price and the unsold part stays in the project inventory under the market sale floor.

Why can't I change my bid at the very end?

New bids and cancellations stop 5 minutes before the end, so nobody can move the price in the last seconds.

Can one person buy everything?

One wallet may bid for at most 250,000 CHTA (5% of the offer). The code cannot tell people apart, so this is a limit per wallet, made visible here.

What do I need?

A Solana wallet with USDC for the bid (amount × your maximum price is locked until the end) and a little SOL for fees. After the auction is finalized, claim your CHTA here; the unused part of your locked USDC comes back in the same step.
