HELI — experiment rules and status

Initial mint: 100 million HELI. Initial burn: 10 million. Maximum remaining supply: 90 million.
Initial release base: 5 million. 1 million for the initial free allocation; 4 million for the market.
Free initial allocation: up to 1,000 verified people, 1,000 HELI each.
Individual family members may apply separately. One person may not claim multiple free allocations.
Registration during the first six months, closing seven days before the end.
A seven-day waiting period is planned for valid registrations.
Unassigned initial free inventory moves to sale inventory; earned but unclaimed allocations stay protected.

Separate locked allocations: Human Dividend 70 million, staking 5 million,
liquidity inventory 5 million and founder 5 million HELI.
Shared monthly release cap: approximately 0.402247% of the supply already released and not burned.
Reaching 90 million from 5 million over 720 months assumes no burns and fully used capacity.
Unused monthly capacity does not roll over. Monthly Human Dividends are closed for the first six months.
The unallocated portion of a valid monthly Human Dividend budget is burned.
Registration failures must not be treated as a normal valid distribution period.
The founder cannot sell during the first 12 months. Later, both a maximum of 20% of shared capacity
and one quarter of actual non-founder releases apply, together with additional market conditions.
Staking and liquidity inventory each use at most 10% of shared monthly capacity.
Staking rewards do not mean unlimited minting or guaranteed returns.

The opening auction's minimum price and parameters will be announced.
Buy and sell orders determine prices after opening. There is no per-buyer purchase limit.
Unsold HELI is not cash revenue. No fixed price, guaranteed liquidity, buyback or guaranteed operating revenue.

Real Didit pilot: first passport application APPROVED. Second application by the same person
IN REVIEW with duplicate-person and duplicate-face warnings. Different-document and separate-family-member
live tests remain pending. The HELI program was tested in a local Solana simulator.
Devnet/mainnet deployment and an independent security review remain pending.
Official live token and market addresses have not been published. Free distribution has not started.
This website does not collect documents, face images, private keys or application records.
